ROSE - Original colour drawings for new publication

Rose is a collaborative project between myself, Alex Higlett and The Cold Press for TENT design show in London. the book is being printed in black and white and will include a limited edition hand coloured screen print. These are original drawings on board.

More drawings.....For the competition, you could submit 4 images but I really enjoyed working with the text so I produced more and then selected the entry.

Runner up prize ...The Outsider

The House of Illustration and The Folio Society ran a competition to illustrate The Outsider by Albert Camus. I won a runner up prize and the best thing is that I got to go to London and meet other brilliant artists and get a prize from none other than Quentin Blake ! ....Here are some images from which I selected my entry.

rooftops & clouds is now ready to be screen-printed. I plan to do two editions using different colours. These will be printed in June.

drawing for screenprint

A composition arranged from a collection of small pencil drawings. The tones will be simplified into 3 or 4 layers which will be screenprinted in an edition of 30 prints in April.
